Spamming is defined as the sending of unsolicited commercial email. If you send bulk commercial email to recipients who have not requested to receive it, it may be considered spam. By sending email to only to those who have requested to receive it, you are following the EasyContact guidelines for accepted permission-based email.
Deluxe has a no-tolerance spam policy. User accounts will be terminated if they send spam email messages. Please report any suspected abuse to abuse@easycontact.com or call us at 1-888-740-0552. If applicable, please also unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link at the bottom of the email if you no longer wish to receive emails from the sender. We will take the appropriate action against the sender of the email in question.
If you engage in any of the following activities your email may be considered to be Spam:
(a) failing to include a working opt-out link in your email
(b) failing to honor opt-out requests within 10 days of your receiving notice
(c) using false or misleading information in the subject line of the email
(d) using false or misleading information in the header (“to” or “from” line) of the email
(e) addressing your email in a generic, non-specific manner, e.g. sales@domain.com
